CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Cult Nail Studio, we value your time and our artists' time equally.

24-HOUR NOTICE

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within this period will result in a 50% charge (your deposit) as it will not be refunded.

NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you don't show up or cancel the same day, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. The initial deposit will be applied toward this fee.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Deposits and payments for late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and will not be converted to store credit.

LATE FEE

If client arrive more than 20 minutes late, your technician reserves the right to refuse the service. In this case, you will be marked as a no-show
